Posted On: October 29, 2008 01:38:53 PM How Often: Rarely Location: Switzerland Comments: Hi, I just wanted to thank you. I am a littlegolem LOA player (www.littlegolem.net) and someone in the forum mentioned your java program. I just downloaded it and did a rapid test. It plays real well (but you already know that) and it will probably improve my style. On the other hand, now I know such a program exists, I will be in doubt wether my opponent plays out of his brain or using your AI. Also I will have to resist the temptation of trying out my moves on your program! ;( Well good job anyway. I posted some opinions the rules discussion and I will try to read a part of your thesis. I didn't post about rule 9, because I tend to think that blocking an opponent isn't the goal of the game and should result in a draw like in chess. Best regards. E-mail: adobe@bennok.com | |||

I have to say that your program is pretty good.. I had to turn my level to its max to beat your program (and wait time was higher on my program than yours).. anyway, good job!
